1.- Where is the departure place of the buses?
A.- La Paz.- From our offices on Av. Uruguay corner passage Kramer, (in front of the main entrance of the bus terminal go down about 60 meters until you reach the Kramer passage)
Uyuni.- There is no physical bus terminal, it operates from the door of our offices, Av. Cabrera between Bolivar Street and Av. 6 de Agosto

3.- Does the buses have Wi Fi?
A.- Yes, the buses have Wi Fi service, the use has restrictions since not all the way there is an internet signal.
4.- Is the road paved?
A.- If the road is completely paved
5.- How much time do I have to make an online purchase?
A.- Our online sales system is very friendly, once the purchase process has started you have 30 minutes to complete the transaction.
6.- Can I make changes of date or route of our ticket?
A.- Yes, you can make changes 48 hours before the departure time of the bus and have a cost of $us 5.- per passenger.
7.- In the case of not being able to travel for personal reasons, can I transfer my ticket to another person?
A.- Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a third person, the cost of changing your name is $us 5.-
8.- In the event that there are roadblocks and you cannot reach your office, would there be a refund?
A.- When there are blockages, passengers should contact us to see options, and coordinate to wait for them or meet us on the way. If the passenger does not contact it is considered a no show
9.- What to do in case my purchase does not materialize?
A.- We have a registration system for all sales and unfulfilled sales, our staff will contact you to send a link and solve your problem or contact us via email or WhatsApp
10.- I did not receive my e-ticket. How do I get it?
A.- To search for tickets purchased online, you must follow these steps: 1.- Go to main menu 2.- Search SERVICES 3.- RETRIEVE and enter, you must complete the requested fields and click on Search e-ticket.
