OUR REFUND POLICY
FOR TICKETS PURCHASED WITH NORMAL RATE
Todo Turismo accepts refunds within 90 days of purchase. You must be made until 48 hours before departure time and date to the bus you booked. Take into account Bolivian time, is -4 hours to the Greenwich Meridian.
Requesting a refund is very simple. Send your request to refunds@todoturismo.bo we need the following information.

Reasons for your return:
The amount to be returned will be 80% of the value of the ticket (20% corresponds to administrative charges and taxes)
The refund amount will be credited to your credit or debit card. Refund process may take between 5 to 7 business days.

UNUSED TICKETS DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
In accordance with the provisions issued by the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, it resolves: The rescheduling of services purchased from tour operators, hotels, air and land services, etc. that were not used during and until the end of the health emergency due to COVID-19, the rescheduling of the services is authorized within a period of 1 year. In our case, we will process rescheduling requests free of charge until December 30th, 2022, the rescheduling and travel deadline. After this date, unused tickets will not be rescheduled.
